Is your organization looking for meeting or conference room space? Check out our room rentals at Goodwill Omaha’s state-of-the-art headquarters near 72nd Street and Ames Avenue. Our community meeting spaces are the perfect venue for your next board meeting, company presentation or group training event.

All rooms have multimedia capabilities, and our audio/visual equipment allows you to project computer or TV/DVD output onto a huge wall with amazing sound.

Goodwill Omaha offers coffee and water for a nominal fee, and guests are welcome to have food and drinks catered in. Our rooms also include access to a kitchen with ample counter and food warming space.

The Durham Community Gathering Room

  • Theater-style seating for up to 200 people
  • Banquet-style seating for up to 120 people, with up to eight chairs per table
  • Podium and microphone included
  • Rates:
    • Regular Room Rental (weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) — $300 per day*
    • After-Hours Room Rental — Regular room rental charge plus $40 per hour (minimum four hours)
    • Room Setup — No charge for banquet-style seating; other setup styles start at $100
    • Audiovisual Equipment (includes a computer, projector, TV, DVD and cables) — $35 per day
    • Additional Rooms — $25 per day with Durham Community Gathering Room rental

* Nonprofit organizations: $150 per day

Conference Rooms

  • Seating for up to 15 people
  • Rates:
    • Regular Room Rental (weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) — $100 per day*
    • After-Hours Room Rental — Regular room rental charge plus $40 per hour (minimum four hours)
    • Audiovisual Equipment (includes microphone, podium, computer, projector, TV, DVD and cables) — $35 per day

* Nonprofit organizations: $75 per day

Training Rooms

  • Seating for up to 40 people
  • Rates:
    • Regular Room Rental (weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) — $100 per day*
    • After-Hours Room Rental — Regular room rental charge plus $40 per hour (minimum four hours)
    • Audiovisual Equipment (includes microphone, podium, computer, projector, TV, DVD and cables) — $35 per day
