She has been providing employability classes at the Pottawattamie County jail for nearly one year and is thrilled when someone sees their updated resume, presentable to an employer. She believes Employment Ready is an amazing program because it helps people change their lives without having to go through red tape. She enjoys being able to see clients gain employment skills, complete a new resume, update their cover letter, or provide a job lead all within a few hours.
