Items must be paid for online prior to pick up, we cannot accept payment at time of pick up. Buyer must be able to provide an order number when picking up items and wait at the register in Store.
We ask that online orders be removed from the store before a customer continues to shop in-store to relieve any confusion of purchase points.
All pick up items & Nebraska residents are subject to 7% state sales tax. Unclaimed pick up items left over 30 days will be considered a donation and re-listed without notice. Unpaid items over 7 days past due will be re-listed.

Can I use my Goodwill Card on ShopGoodwill, eBay, or Amazon?
No, but Goodwill Gift cards can be used at any of our Omaha store front locations.
Can I cancel my bid?
Bids may not be cancelled so please ask all questions before bidding! Be advised customer service staff are only available to answer inquiries during store pickup times as stated below. Measurements & sizes are approximate; and unless stated, items are not appraised, authenticated, certified or guaranteed.
Shipping information: We ship via FedEx & USPS (Priority, Parcel, Media) usually within 2 business days; however, allow for 5 business days per shopgoodwill policy. Insurance is recommended. Please remember that items can not be replaced. Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged items that are uninsured. Items shipped via Fedex that sell for over $50.00 will require you to sign for them upon delivery. If this is inconvenient for you, please contact us before paying to let us know to remove that option. Items shipped via USPS that sell for over $50.00 will have insurance automatically included. Please verify correct “ship to” address upon payment. When you receive tracking information regarding your order, please understand that information may not “update” until our carrier picks the package up from us, which only occurs on weekdays and not on holidays.

Bid retraction/cancellation policy: We only cancel or retract bids in the event that we make a mistake or misrepresent an item in error. No exceptions will be made and requests to retract or cancel bids will be denied.
Combining items policy: We will combine any items you request as long as doing so will not damage the items during shipment. If you would like us to do so anyway, we will need written permission from you releasing us from responsibility should an item be broken during shipment. If you experience issues with combining items please contact us and we can assist. Items can only be combined before payment. Items that have been paid for already may not be combined with items that have not been paid for.
Unpaid item policy: Items that are not paid within 7 days of auction close will remain on a user’s account for 6 months, at which time they will “fall off” and not count against the user’s total of unpaid items. All accounts will have their bidding privileges automatically revoked if there are 3 or more unpaid items from any shopGoodwill location. Requests to remove unpaid items from user accounts will be denied.
Return policy: All returns of eligible items for refund must be pre-authorized within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be received in the same condition as sold. No refunds will be authorized for shipping & handling. Items with Sold As Is or Parts/Repair in the description are non-returnable and non-refundable. A return label will not be provided for items that were described to the best our knowledge. E-Commerce staff are not experts in any field and have little knowledge of what items and what info should be included. All inquiries should be submitted before making a bid. Refunded money can take up to 14 days to arrive back in original payment account.
GRADING DEFINITIONS: o NEW: In perfect unused condition with original packaging. Item (including packaging) is completely free of any blemishes or flaws (not including tags, labels or sticker residue). o LIKE NEW/EXCELLENT: With original packaging, showing minimal use and/or minor wear. Exceptionally clean, undamaged with no unwanted marks or odors. o VERY GOOD: May show light use or wear; minimal damage, nothing which will affect the ability to use the item for its intended purpose. o GOOD: May have noticeable damage but no missing or completely damaged (irreparable) pieces. o FAIR: Damaged parts and/or missing pieces. Refurbishing may be possible. Non-returnable/No Refunds. o Poor: Broken, beat up, “junk” condition; some potentially usable parts. Non-returnable/No Refunds.
Return Policy: Please satisfy all questions before bidding as you are buying the item “AS IS.” Returns not accepted without authorization and may be subject to a restocking charge. Due to space limitations and e-commerce policy, we reserve the right to relist items if payment is not received within seven days. Please insure correct “ship to” address as we will have to charge additional shipping to packages that are returned.
